Program Description: 'GRATIFY' (Goodwill Real Achievement Training Initiative for Youth) is an out-of-school youth work experience training program designed for young adults 18 – 21 years of age focusing in the areas of Retail Sales Training and Certification, Food Service, and Warehousing/Distribution. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain the Retail certification recognized by the National Retail Federation, ServSafe certification through the National Restaurant Association or Forklift Safety certification through the National Safety Council.

Program Description: 'GEAR' (Greenville Employment and Academics Resources) is focusing on assisting eligible youth between the ages of 17 and 21 to obtain employment which may also include educational attainment. GEAR will partner with today’s young adults to get onto the road to success. This may include any combination of fee assistance with educational opportunities, high-demand occupational training, supportive services, paid work experience, on-the-job (OJT) training, job development and placement assistance, goal attainment incentives, career counseling and much more.

Program Description: 'PR' (Project Reconnect) is training program designed for young adults 17 – 21 years of age including job readiness training, work experience, supplemental educational services, leadership development and citizenship, occupational skills training and access to post-secondary education.

Program Description: The JAG-SC Program is based on the JAG Model, the Multi-Year Dropout Prevention Program Application may serve students in 11th and 12th grades plus 12 months of follow-up services that will result in completion of requirements for a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
